The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan as the Basis for Justice and the Rule of Law

Abstract: the article examines the significance and constitutional foundations of the principles of legality and justice, as well as the role of legality in the realization of justice. It further analyses Article 1 of the Constitution, which defines the state as a rule-of-law and social state, and discusses the factors influencing the implementation of the principles of legality and justice in states of this type, along with the constitutional provisions related to legality and justice.
